Welcome pack; to help your guest feel at home from the very start of their stay
Guest check-in, we will personally greet the guests, hand over keys and introduce guest to your property
Key delivery; if your guest has lost or locked out of the property we can deliver another key.
High chair or Cot delivery; if your guest forgot to request a high chair or cot we can deliver one for them.
24/7 emergency contact; if you need a secondary emergency contact we can help you and assist the guest if your not available.

HOST SERVICES

Our host services are designed to remove some of the headaches when hosting short stay rentals. Our host services options include;

Room Comforts; we can organise and supply all the requirements for a bedroom, lounge, bathroom or kitchen. If you need more pillows, or the mattress protector needs to be replaced or maybe a new toaster or heater for the guest we can purchase and deliver and setup at your property.
Pre-stay checks; we conducted a prestay check and take photos to ensure your property is presented perfectly every time.
Guest Book; a guest information manual is a very important piece of literature, for both the guest and the host. This document has the potential to significantly enhance the enjoyment of your guests stay. Our manuals contain all the important information your guest need to know about your home, from how to use your washing machine and how to connect to Wifi. We're happy to work with you and take on your knowledge about the property, the best cafes and restaurants in your area and collate this information into a house manual.
